This 360 campaign began with a logo (which I did not do), followed by everything else (I did everything else). This includes the general look, which was implemented over several applications: pre-leasing signage, working papers, large format leasing gallery signage, wind board directionals, building monument signage, a splash page, a website, print and social media ads, a custom brochure with floor plan inserts, and onsite wayfinding.
The property opened with an Artist in Residence campaign, where several muralists submitted for a free one-year lease on a new studio.
